Despite some chipped paint in the common areas, this place exceeded our expectations. With plenty of nearby eating options and supermarkets, this guest house provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The owner was really nice and helpful, always ready to assist. The guesthouse is conveniently located and easy to reach by public transportation. Plenty of buses run on the street and there are additional bus routes nearby. There are also nice restaurants, shops, and a movie theater within walking distance, which made it easy to find places to eat and have fun.
The paintwork in the stairs and common areas was in really bad shape, with chips and scuffs all over. It made the overall appearance of the place look less appealing and in need of some serious renovations.
